Collection: NASA/JPL The Studio
The posters in this collection are the work of The Studio, a team of artists, illustrators, and designers belonging to NASA's research center, the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. The series was developed in collaboration with JPL scientists and engineers and is built around a clear visual concept: the graphic language of American retro travel posters from the 1930s and 1940s, applied to worlds not yet visited. Bold colors, confident silhouettes, and strong typography turn near and distant planets into tourist destinations of the future: the craters of Mars, the geysers of Enceladus, the subsurface ocean of Europa. The nostalgia of the classic travel poster meets the precision of contemporary astrophysics.
These prints work well in an architecture or design studio, a home office, or a teenager's room. The deep blue, ochre, and warm orange of the retro palette pair naturally with industrial or mid-century interiors. At Art Punch, we offer them as high-quality prints on fine art paper or cotton canvas on stretcher frames, in a range of sizes. Browse the collection and choose your destination.
