All our products are made on demand. Usually we need 2-4 business days to produce and ship your order, however, please note that sometimes it can take 1-2 days extra if we have an unusually high volume of orders.

We dispatch all packages with Track and Trace. Tracking information will be sent to you in a separate email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Please also check your spam folder - the email might have ended up there. 

If you have’t received the tracking link, let us know and we will provide it. 

If your order is delayed, please check the Track & Trace information provided by the shipping courier for any updates. There might be delay in transit, or the parcel may be held back due to payment of customs or missing paperwork for importing the goods. You are also welcome to contact us if you have any further questions.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. All orders are shipped from the location of our printing and packing facility in Varna, Bulgaria.

If your delivery address is within the EU your order will not be applicable to customs duties.

All Art Punch products are made to order - we don’t produce ahead or keep stock. We produce and pack your order as soon as possible and ship it from our location in Bulgaria. The shipping time (how long will delivery takes) depends on the shipping destination. Check the estimated shipping time for your location below.

• Europe EU – 3-5 business days
• Europe non-EU – 4-6 business days
• United Kingdom – 5-7 business days
• United States and Canada – 5-7 business days
• Australia/New Zealand/Oceania – 21-27 business days
• The rest of the world – 7-12 business days

Please note that some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. We can’t take responsibility for any delays out of our control, like customs delays, deliveries to remote places, etc.

If while placing an order you provided incorrect information such as delivery address, email address or telephone number, etc. please contact us at [email protected] with the correct information as soon as possible, so we can update your information prior to shipping your order. Please specify the order number and the correct delivery address.

Once your order comes in, we start the preparation and production process. If you, for whatever reason decide to cancel your order please send us an email as soon as possible, within 6 hours after placing the order.

When you reach the checkout area, you can redeem your Art Punch gift card. Just add the code of your gift card and press APPLY. The amount will be automatically deducted from the outstanding payment.
