At Art Punch, we are committed to providing a smooth shipping and delivery experience. This policy outlines our processes, timelines, and responsibilities when processing, shipping, and delivering orders, including important information about uncollected, damaged, or lost shipments.

General Shipping Information

All Art Punch products are made to order. We do not keep ready-made stock. Each order is produced and printed individually for you. Production time is included in the overall delivery time. Orders are processed and shipped from our production facility in Varna, Bulgaria.

For deliveries within Bulgaria, our shipping partners are Econt and Speedy. Shipments can be delivered to a delivery address or to a courier office.

We currently deliver only within Bulgaria. We are working on launching deliveries to other European countries in the near future. We will announce the service once it becomes available.

Order Processing and Delivery Times

Once your order is placed, it enters production, which typically takes 2-3 business days. This timeframe includes the drying time required after printing, a step that ensures the quality of the finished product.

After production is complete, your order is packaged and handed over to the courier. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.

Delivery within Bulgaria takes 1-2 business days after dispatch. The total time from placing your order to receiving it is usually 3-5 business days.

During periods of high order volume or promotions, processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days.

Shipping Costs

The shipping cost is calculated automatically according to the rates of the selected carrier and is displayed at the final step of checkout.

Tracking Your Order

All Art Punch shipments include tracking. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link, which lets you track your shipment in real time. Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking to become active.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 24 hours of dispatch, please check your spam folder. If the email is still not found, contact us through the customer support form on our website.

Uncollected or Undeliverable Shipments

A shipment will be returned to Art Punch in the following cases:

  •    Uncollected shipment: if you fail to collect the shipment from the courier’s office within the timeframe specified by the courier.
  •    Incorrect or incomplete address: if the delivery address provided at checkout is incorrect or incomplete and results in a failed delivery.
  •   Refused shipment: if you refuse to accept the shipment for any reason.

To avoid delays or additional costs, monitor the tracking information, provide accurate delivery details, and collect your shipments promptly. For questions about delivery, contact us through the customer support form.

Damaged Shipments

At Art Punch, we take great care when packaging every order. Each shipment leaves our production facility in Varna fully packaged and protected.

Upon receiving the shipment from the courier, inspect the external condition of the packaging. If you notice visible damage, wet spots, or deformations, you have the right to refuse the shipment on the grounds of visible damage caused during transit.

If, after unpacking at home, you find that the product is damaged, notify us within 7 (seven) days of receipt through the customer support form on our website. Once the damage is confirmed, we will send a replacement product at no additional cost. Art Punch covers the return shipping costs for the damaged product.

Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 10 (ten) business days of dispatch and the tracking information does not show delivery or recent movement, contact us through the customer support form. After investigating with the courier and confirming that the shipment has been lost, we will offer you a replacement product or a refund by bank transfer to the IBAN you provide.

Art Punch is not responsible for lost shipments when the cause is an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Missing Item

For larger orders, items may be shipped in more than one parcel. Before reporting a missing item, check the tracking information for all parcels in your order to confirm whether all have been delivered.

If, according to the tracking, all parcels have been received but an item is missing, contact us within 7 (seven) days of receipt through the customer support form. In your inquiry, include photos of the received contents and the packaging. Once confirmed, we will send the missing item at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations and Changes

You can cancel or modify your order within 12 hours of placing it. To do so, contact us through the customer support form.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, modifications or cancellations are no longer possible. If you wish to return or exchange your order, follow the steps outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
