At Art Punch, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that situations may arise in which you need to return or replace a product. This policy explains your rights and obligations, including the procedures for returns, refunds, and replacements, as well as the handling of defective or damaged products.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase without providing a reason within 14 calendar days from the date on which you, or a person designated by you, received the product. If the order consists of multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the date the last item is received. If the withdrawal period expires on a non-working day, the deadline is extended until the next working day.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing before the expiration of the 14-day period by using the customer support form on the website. Once your withdrawal request has been confirmed, you are required to return the product to Art Punch within 14 days.
The product must be returned in its original condition, without signs of use, damage, or modifications, and in its original packaging, including all protective materials and components with which it was delivered.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please complete the customer support form on the website and provide the following information:
- • Order number
- • Full name and email address associated with the order
- • Name and description of the product(s) you wish to return
- • A clear statement of your decision to withdraw from the purchase
- • Reason for the return
Our team will review your request and, once approved, provide you with return authorization and shipping instructions. Products returned without prior approval will not be accepted or processed for a refund.
You are responsible for ensuring that the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Art Punch is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments caused by improper packaging. Returns must be sent using a trackable shipping service. We recommend retaining proof of postage and tracking information until we confirm receipt of the returned package.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. This does not apply to defective or incorrectly delivered products, for which return shipping costs are covered by Art Punch.
Condition of Returned Products
Art Punch reserves the right to inspect all returned products. If a returned product shows signs of use, handling, or damage that reduce its value, we may deduct an amount corresponding to the reduced value. Examples of conditions that may reduce the refund amount include, but are not limited to:
- • Visible scratches, stains, or tears on the canvas or print
- • Missing protective packaging or accessories
- • Signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
Refunds are issued by bank transfer to a bank account (IBAN) provided by the customer. Art Punch is not responsible for delays or inability to process the refund due to incorrect or incomplete banking details provided by the customer.
The refunded amount includes the purchase price of the returned product but excludes the original shipping costs (if applicable) and any additional services such as expedited shipping.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 14 days after your return has been processed, we recommend taking the following steps:
- • Check your bank account or credit card statement to confirm whether the refund has been received.
- • Contact your payment service provider to verify that the refund process is underway.
- • If the issue remains unresolved, contact us by email and we will assist you in clarifying the situation promptly.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
We take great care in packaging and shipping every order. Please inspect your order upon delivery. If a product arrives damaged or defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, contact us through the customer support form within 7 (seven) days from the date of delivery. Please provide the following information:
- • Order number and email address
- • Photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect product, including the packaging in which it arrived
- • A detailed description of the issue
Once the claim has been verified, Art Punch will send a replacement product at no additional cost to you. Art Punch covers the return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly delivered products.
Product Exchanges
Art Punch does not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange a product, you must initiate a return following the standard return procedure, after which you may place a new order for the desired product. This ensures that you receive the replacement product as quickly as possible.
Returns of Products Purchased with a Gift Card
If a product was purchased with a gift card and delivered directly to you, you are entitled to receive store credit for the value of the returned product. After the returned product has been received and inspected, we will issue a voucher or store credit that can be used for future purchases at Art Punch.
If a product purchased with a gift card was first delivered to the purchaser, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.
All such returns must comply with the standard return conditions. The product must be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us through the customer support form on the website and provide the order details.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before preparation for shipment has begun. If the order has already been shipped, you must wait for delivery and initiate a return request.
Cancellation of orders for made-to-order or personalized products is not possible once production has started. If you require assistance, please contact us as soon as possible.
Important Notes
- • Products returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.
- • Please ensure that all returned products are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- • Framed prints, made-to-order products, and personalized products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
- • Retain all receipts and tracking information until we confirm receipt of the returned package.
Changes to the Return and Refund Policy
Art Punch reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Any changes become effective immediately upon publication on the website.
