In the case of pricing errors or inaccuracies, Art Punch reserves the right to cancel your order and issue a full refund for any amount paid. We are not obligated to fulfill orders placed at incorrect prices due to system or typographical errors.

6. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

7. GIFT CARDS

Gift cards purchased from Art Punch are valid for one (1) year from the date of issuance and can only be redeemed at Art Punch’s website. After the expiration date, the gift card cannot be used as a means of payment, cannot be reactivated, and any remaining balance cannot be refunded. Your gift card should be kept in a secure place, lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced. Gift cards are not combinable with discount codes. Gift cards are not refundable and cannot be exchanged to cash.

8. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Art Punch processes orders promptly and provides estimated delivery times during checkout and in your order confirmation email. These estimates are not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or courier delays. In the event of delivery delays exceeding 30 working days, you may cancel your order and request a refund.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Art Punch is not liable for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a delivery requires pickup from a designated location, you must retrieve the package within the timeframe specified in the notification. For more information, please refer to our Shipping Policy.

9. RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your product. To initiate a return, you must use the contact form for clients and provide your order number, product details, and, if applicable, a reason for the return. Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product and after it has been inspected. If the returned product shows signs of wear or damage, Art Punch reserves the right to deduct an amount corresponding to the loss in value. 26. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us by email to attempt an informal resolution. If the issue cannot be resolved, the dispute shall be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with Bulgarian law. Any unresolved disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.

27. FORCE MAJEURE

Art Punch is not liable for any delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, e.g. general labour disputes, extreme weather conditions, act of war, pandemic, fire, lightning, terrorist attack, changes in government provision, technical problems, errors in electricity/tele/data connections or other communications, and errors or delays in services from subcontractors due to circumstance set forth above. Such circumstances shall result in relief from damages and other penalties. If such a situation should occur, we shall inform you both at the beginning and at the end of the period for the current situation. If the circumstance lasted longer than two months, both you and Art Punch have the right to cancel the purchase with immediate effect.
